Delete your account and personal data

No login, app installation, or access to your old device is required to make a request.

Email [email protected] from an address we can use to identify your account. Include your full name, the email or phone number associated with Fynd, and state that you want the account deleted. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity before acting.

If you can sign in on the website, you may also initiate a deletion request from account settings. Email remains available if you cannot sign in, have uninstalled the app, or no longer have the device.

What the request covers

We will identify data linked to you across your authentication identity, profile, chats, quote requests and responses, direct messages, uploads and attachments, saved or session location (including coordinates), active sessions, device identifiers, and identifiable analytics. Provider accounts may also include company, portfolio, and knowledge-base data.

Erasure is not absolute. We may retain or anonymize limited records where law requires it or another GDPR exception applies, for example records necessary for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, legal claims, or suppression of unwanted email. We will limit retained data to the permitted purpose and period. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

A selected service provider operates independently for information already delivered to it. We will address copies controlled by Fynd, but you may also need to ask that provider to delete information it controls.

How requests work

Fynd S.à r.l., established in Luxembourg, is the controller for the Fynd platform. Privacy requests and requests for controller contact details can be made through the privacy email above.

We normally respond without undue delay and within one month after receiving a valid request. GDPR permits an extension for complex or numerous requests; if that applies, we will explain it.

Making a request is free unless GDPR permits a reasonable fee or refusal for a manifestly unfounded or excessive request.

What to include

  • Your full name and account email or phone number.
  • The right you want to exercise and enough detail to locate the data.
  • For deletion, whether you are a customer or service provider.
  • Do not email identity documents unless we specifically request them through an appropriate channel.

Questions or complaints

Contact [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD) or another competent supervisory authority.
